Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services of The Whitening Experts ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Whitening Experts provides professional, non-dental cosmetic teeth whitening services. Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not dental treatment. We are not a dental office and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any dental disease or condition. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed dentist before undergoing any whitening treatment if you have concerns about your oral health.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 and older. Clients between the ages of 16 and 17 may receive services with written parental or guardian consent. We do not provide whitening services to individuals under the age of 16, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with certain dental conditions (including but not limited to active cavities, exposed roots, or broken enamel). It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health or dental information before your appointment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or denial of future bookings at our discretion.

4. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary. Teeth whitening outcomes depend on individual factors including your natural enamel shade, the type and extent of staining, oral health, age, and lifestyle habits. The Whitening Experts makes no guarantee of specific results. Before-and-after images and client testimonials shown on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the same outcome for every client.

Whitening is most effective on natural tooth enamel. Crowns, veneers, bonding, fillings, and other dental restorations will not respond to whitening gel. We are not responsible for uneven results caused by pre-existing dental work or conditions not disclosed prior to treatment.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services or packages. Because teeth whitening results are influenced by individual biological factors that vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client, and refunds will not be issued based on results. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact us — we are committed to ensuring every client is treated with care and professionalism.

Unused sessions in multi-session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior notice. Package expiration dates are stated at the time of purchase and are strictly enforced.

6. SMS and Email Marketing Communications

By providing your mobile phone number or email address and opting in to receive communications, you consent to receive marketing messages from The Whitening Experts. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. 7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Whitening Experts, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, including any dissatisfaction with treatment results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Assumption of Risk

By receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, that you are a suitable candidate for cosmetic teeth whitening, and that you voluntarily assume any risks associated with the treatment, including the possibility of temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation.

10. Health and Safety

You agree to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or dental conditions to our staff before receiving treatment. The Whitening Experts reserves the right to decline service to any individual for health, safety, or eligibility reasons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
